Hajd park

Hajd Park is a park in the urban area of Belgrade, on the northern slopes of the Topčider Hill, in the municipality of Savski Venac. The Topčider Hill was once a separate municipality and included the local communities of Dedinje, Senjak, Topčider, and Mostar. The park consists of two parts separated by a central path lined with plane trees. The first part is a forested park with landscaped running trails, while the second is designed for recreation and fitness. The park is well-maintained, illuminated, and popular among visitors. It covers an area of approximately 7.3 hectares and has a triangular shape, bordered by asphalted paths on all three sides. In the immediate vicinity are the Partizan Stadium and the House of Flowers. The park serves as the boundary between two local communities in Savski Venac: Dedinje and Senjak.

The park is surrounded by three major streets: Boulevard Vojvode Putnika, Boulevard Kneza Aleksandra Karađorđevića, and Topčiderski Venac. Along the entire perimeter, there is a recreational trail with a total length of about 1,400 meters. The trail is covered with sawdust, and exercise equipment is placed around it for training purposes. In the front part of Hajd Park, there is an outdoor fitness area with 12 exercise machines, installed in 2009. The pedestrian paths are paved, tiled, and well-lit. In the central part of the park, there is also a well-equipped children’s playground with several playsets
